Primary Care (Direct Primary Care) & urgent needs
Affordable, membership-based primary care—no insurance required.

- Primary Care and urgent primary care needs
- Same-day appointments (when available)
- Telehealth
- Preventive care: annual physicals and wellness exams
- Chronic disease management (including diabetes and high blood pressure)
- Acute care / sick visits (cold and flu symptoms, UTI treatment, strep test, ear infection treatment, minor injury care)
- Women’s health (pap smear, breast exam, STD/STI testing)
- Men’s health
- Pediatrics (including sports physicals and school physicals)
- Mental health support (including anxiety, depression screening, ADD/ADHD)
- Notes and forms: school note, back-to-work note, medical clearance, DMV physicals
- Referrals to specialists, as needed
- Employee health support (including employer programs for small, medium, and large businesses)
Weight loss, hormones, and in-office treatments
We offer weight management and wellness planning, including medical weight loss options and related evaluations.
Services may include:
- GLP-1 medications and options: tirzepatide, semaglutide (including Ozempic and Mounjaro)
- Weight management support and nutrition counseling
- Hormone evaluation and support
- Testosterone replacement and HRT (hormone replacement therapy)
