Kate Gross, APRN

Kate is the founder of Summit. She worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Reno Family Medical Group, where she partnered with Sarah DeLacey in ownership of the two practice locations on Mayberry and Willow. Keeping the vision alive, she pursued opening another direct primary care practice—the first of its kind in Sparks.

Becca

Becca has worked in mental health for 13 years and is joining the Summit team under her Zen Mind collaboration to take appointments and offer services at the Summit location.

$140 per month
Minimum membership: 3 months
Unlimited visits
Less than the cost of insurance

Pediatric Membership (Ages 0–17)

$75 per child
Child membership must accompany an adult membership
Infants welcome
We do not administer any vaccinations. We will guide you on the appropriate vaccinations at the appropriate ages.
